BackColor and ForeColor do not work

Hello,

Using v1.1.0.82 WindowedLabel control.
Setting the BackColor has no effect either setting it in design or runtime.
Same with the ForeColor.
How can I get these to work?

Which version of Windows are you using? Does your application use Windows themes, i.e. does it use a manifest?
It works for me on Windows 7.

Windows 7. Using VFP, all forms and application are set with themes = true.
I want to override these colors so that there is consistency on all other OS(s) also.
