ExplorerTreeView 2.0.0 Beta 4

I've released Beta 4 of ExplorerTreeView 2.0. It's a bugfix release which fixes a crash and many drag'n'drop-related bugs.
I think ExplorerListView and ExplorerTreeView are good enough now, so I'll start writing the shell browser component which will give both controls shell browser features.
This version doesn't contain any shell-browsing code. It's a plain treeview, but with many features.
