ExplorerTreeView 1.9.0 released

After a very long testing period I've released ExplorerTreeView 1.9.0. There're 2 new features and several bugfixes. I've also updated the TechDemo2 sample to demonstrate the new features.
Note for people having problems with prereleases of 1.9.0:
The prereleases contained a bugfix that broke much more than it fixed. On some systems it slowed down the control and caused strange error messages. I've decided to deactivate this "bugfix" again.
