ExplorerTreeView 1.9.0 Beta 1

Last week I thought the next release of ExplorerTreeView would contain bugfixes only and released build 616 labeled as version 1.8.9 RC1. Well, 2 days later I made many changes and also implemented a small new feature, so that version "1.8.9" doesn't fit anymore. Therefore the next stable release will be 1.9.0.
I improved the control's performance and fixed the RTLReading property which was completely broken. The new feature mentioned above is the "ItemHandleToAddressBarText" method - I think its name is self-explaining.
Please test this build and report any bugs you find.
