Three more new releases

I've released new versions of StatusBar, TabStrip and TrackBar.
The binaries have become smaller, the samples are DPI aware now, the WTL7 samples have been ported to WTL8, the documentation now links to MSDN2 instead of MSDN and the about dialog as well as the docs link to the new bugtracking system now.
Besides, the TrackBar control got a new PositionChanging event and new "Transparent Background" samples.
