Four new releases

I've released new versions of Animation, ButtonControls, EditControls and ProgressBar.
The binaries have become smaller, the samples are DPI aware now, the WTL7 samples have been ported to WTL8, the documentation now links to MSDN2 instead of MSDN and the about dialog as well as the docs link to the new bugtracking system now.
Besides, I mainly eliminated some flickering of the Frame control, implemented the GetIdealSize() method for CheckBox and OptionButton and fixed a bug with the TextBox control's SelectedTextMousePointer feature.
