ExplorerListView 1.0.0 Beta 4

It has been quiet around ExplorerListView. Nevertheless I've been busy and finally can publish the 4th beta of ExplorerListView 1.0. It fixes many bugs and has some new features. It's also the first public release, that has been compiled with Visual C++ 2005 and contains some interface code for the upcoming ShellBrowser control.
There will be at least one more beta before version 1.0.0 goes final. This beta will be compatible to Windows Vista and support all the new listview features that Microsoft is introducing with this system.
To save webspace, I have not uploaded the Debug builds. In the past they have been downloaded only a few times anyway. If you think a Debug build would help you in any way, let me know and you'll get one.
