Say goodbye to background images

3 weeks ago, I explained, that supporting background images in ExplorerTreeView 1.x and 2.x is causing more and more problems. However, I didn't want to remove this feature without hearing your opinions, so I created a vote.
The only person that took part in this vote, doesn't care about this feature. So I've decided to remove it.
ExplorerTreeView 1.12.0 with Vista compatibility and without background image support will be available soon. A new Beta of ExplorerTreeView 2.0 (with many bugfixes, new Vista features and without background image support) will be available as soon as it supports Vista to 100%.
