Problems with registering on Windows NT

Post by nabla »

After the registration theres a Error-Msgbox (sorry in german)
'Die Anweisung in "0x660780a2" verweist auf Speicher in "0x771e13b8". Der Vorgang "read" konnte nicht auf dem Speicher durchgeführt werden.'

Is ExTvw.ocx not compatible with Windows NT?

ExplorerTreeView 1.10.1 build 636
Windows NT
Call:
regsvr32 c:\winnt\system32\ExTvw.ocx

Hi,

Windows NT4 is supported. I could reproduce the problem. The ocx is packed using UPX and it looks like this is the reason for the problem. I'll try to find compression parameters that work on Windows NT 4, too.

Stay tuned

Okay, see version 1.10.2.

Note: IE4 (including he shell update) must be installed to use ExplorerTreeView on Windows NT 4.0.
