Found a bug in buttoncontrols

1) Add any buttoncontrol to form
2) Change RightToLeft property to Layout or Text+Layout
3) Try to drag control

Hmm, funny effect. I'm not sure whether this is a VB6 bug, a Windows bug or a bug in my controls. Probably it's either the first or the last.
